Drying the fish

Living far from home isn’t always that easy just like sometimes we like to eat some food that we use to ate way back home but unfortunately we cant eat it due for many reasons. And one of those foods that aren’t that easy to purchase here is the Quality of dried fish. Dried fish that is really good to partner with stewed pork or beef and with a warm rice of so yummy. Here is it guy’s you know what you wouldn’t needed to wait to come back home in your homeland just to eat dried fish actually you can make one for your self. Far from home and winter will be an excuse anymore. Perhaps you are curious how you can be able to do so.

Prepared:

3 tbsp. vinegar

½ tbsp. garlic                                        

½ soy sauce

String

Fish (what you desired)

Steps:

To be able to open the fish you may needed to cut it through the back.

Combine all the ingredients in a suitable receptacle the one that is good to use for marinating the fish.

Marinate it for one day and hang it under on your exhaust pan using the string and you may let the exhaust pan open for a while. And let it hang there until you notice it dry and that’s it.
